What type of waxes do we use? Do we use paraffin wax?
We do not use paraffin wax. All of our candles are made with either 100% locally sourced beeswax or soy wax.
Can I only buy the products online?
No, our products are not only sold online but as well as in person. We do not currently have a store front, but you can find us at local markets by following our social media pages.
Do you offer custom candle and exfoliating scrub scents?
We currently do not offer custom candle and exfoliating scrub scents, however we are looking forward to making that an option in the near future!
What is the estimated shipping time for candles, exfoliating scrubs, and other products?
As long as the product is in stock, we try to ship within five business days. Once the product has been shipped you will receive a notification that it has been handed off to the shipping facility. Once a product has been handed off to the shipping facility (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) we no longer have control of the product.
What shipping carrier do we use?
We ship all products from a local USPS facility based in Mobile, Alabama.
How much do you charge for shipping?
To ensure that our customers receive a fair shipping price, all prices for shipping are determined by the weight and dimensions of the product at its finale packaged state as well as the distance it is being shipped. The shipping rates are not set or determined by us at Woven Wick Studios, as they are determined live by the USPS.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We due not offer returns or refunds due to the fact we are a small handcrafted business and some of our products are intended for personal use. If however a product you receive is damaged, defective, or is the incorrect product we will gladly replace the item free of charge. For further information regarding returns & refunds please locate our detailed policy at the footer of the website.
How do I return an item?
First email us at Sales@wovenwickstudios.com with an explanation of the issue, clear photographs, and your contact information. Once your product has been deemed that it meets the criteria for a replacement we will contact you back by email and have you return the item using your nearest USPS facility. All fees accrued from shipping the item back to us and then the item being returned back to you will be covered by us.
