Return Policy

Refund & Returns Policy:

Thank you for supporting Woven Wick Studios. Because our products are handmade in small batches and some products are designed for personal use, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect order we will gladly allow you to opt for a new product of the same category or choose from any product listed in the store that is of the same monetary value. If you choose an item that has a higher monetary value than your original product, you will simply pay the difference. We value our customers and understand damaged, defective, or incorrect products is a very frustrating inconvenience. Due to the inconvenience we will cover the return shipping fee when you send the item back to us as well as the shipping fee when the item is sent back to you. Below you will find additional detailed information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

We do understand that products can arrive damaged, defective, or you were potentially sent the wrong order. If this happens where you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or you were sent the wrong/ defective item, we urge you to please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

-the product

-the packaging

-the shipping box and label

We will gladly work with you on a replacement and have it re-shipped at no cost to you if the issue is verified.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges unless the product arrives damaged/ defective or the order was incorrect as described above.

Shipping & Delivery Issues:

Once your order is handed to the carrier (USPS), delivery time and shipment status are no longer under our control. Lost or delayed packages must be resolved with the carrier directly.
